My career started in market analytics, driven by a curiosity about how organizations actually work—how decisions get made, how culture forms, and how power moves. That curiosity led me into HR. I believed it would bring me closer to the reality of work, where people were meant to be at the center, not the sidelines.

Instead, I saw something else. Smart, well-intentioned leaders operating inside systems that no longer reflected reality. Performance metrics crowding out trust. Efficiency replacing judgment. Technology accelerating decisions without anyone stopping to ask who those decisions were really serving. The drift wasn’t dramatic. It was procedural. Small choices, repeated as pressure grew, until the human cost became impossible to ignore.

This work exists to name that drift and fix it. To help leaders—who have been in the game for awhile and those just starting out—take a step back, see the systems they’re operating inside, and rebuild them so business creates value, opportunity, and environments where people can actually do their best work. The system is changing either way. The question is whether leaders will help shape it or be shaped by it.
